Our TiltBox TILT975 model is a FLC and ideal for many applications, especially caps and closures handling in the drinks/bottling sector. It is designed to improve handling efficiency, save costs and reduce packaging waste in line with the trend from the global logistic packaging industry. Most importantly, the FLC is designed to ensure the caps/closures are protected and arrive at the bottling plant uncompressed or out of shape.

The TILT975 has a 840 Litres (222 US Gals) capacity and a product reliability and high quality that is well proved in many hundreds of thousands of installations/uses around the world.  It is offered, as standard, with an integral Chute hatch which can be pneumatically activated when used in conjunction with a Tilt machine. Schematic manufacture vibrating tilt machines with single or dual pallet stations.

Schematic also offer a 1125mm high TiltBox, (TILT1125) which deliberately holds more cap/closure capacity and therefore places a higher load on the caps/closures at the bottom of the container. The tall height TiltBox is therefore ideally suited for 'non-load sensitive' products.

- The D4169-08 Performance Testing of Shipping Containers

- The Systems by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA)

- The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)
